Acro Yoga Spring Retreat
Come to the picturesque Croatian city of Rovinj to soak up the spring sun and to have fun learning new acro yoga tricks!
My experience of Seafront Retreat was pure magic. The program, views, location and food was first class. Sunčana and Hrvoje are amazing teachers with a lot of patience and knowledge to share. Their approach is so informal, full of humor and relaxed that I felt like we are a part of the acro family even after such short period. Highlight for me was a little trip to the public park and a beach where we had a photoshoot and we were showing off our new learned skills to the civilians. I met people all over the world.

Big recommendation, don't miss the opportunity to experience this down-to-earth retreat. I have been there twice and I absolutely loved it. Me and my friends used it as a friends get-away with Acrofun. We learned so much from the amazing and mindful teacher. This couple is unique they push you to a level to learn a lot, but they would never convince you to try something you are afraid of. They are interested in every single participants progress and wellbeing. At other Acroyoga retreats I never experienced such an engagement from the teacher. Food is yummy, beds are comfortable and cozy. The sea is beautiful and you can visit the amazing city of Rovinj. Looking forward to the next one!

I had an opportunity to participate in the Seafront Retreat two times so far. Both have been an amazing experience, led by skillful teachers. I had a chance to learn new tricks and meet wonderful people from all over the Europe.
The moment that I would like to pickpoint was the creation and presentation of your own acro flow (that included elements learned during the Retreat) which was super fun and made me a little braver as a person 😉
I will be coming back this year and that says it all!

Venue
Situated at the waterfront, 2.5 km from Rovinj city center with a perfect view to Rovinj old town, Centar MARE once again welcomes our acro yoga retreat. You will be placed in IKEA furnished shared rooms, with shared bathroom per floor. The size of the venue allows us to host a family event, allowing you to bring your family members or friends even if they don't want to attend the classes.
Yoga shala
Centar Mare has a yoga shala with a lot of natural light where most of the classes will be held.
During warm and sunny days, we have a big yard with a grass area right at the waterfront, perfect for the afternoon jams.
Meals
We will be serving 3 vegetarian meals per day: sweet & savory breakfast, 3-course meal for lunch and an evening snack.
Our chefs will serve you with simple, delicious, nutritional home-made style food. Menu depending on available veggies and fruits.
Dining room clean-up will be scheduled and shared by participants.

Everything You Want
Morning yoga
Wake your body up, salute the sun and embrace the day ahead with Sunčana and her Vinyasa class each morning.
Acro classes
You will have a chance to build up your skills in acro yoga and acrobalance:
Learn the basics.
Whip fast and pop high.
Spin your mind with a fun washing machine.
Support and be supported with partner yoga.
Rise above any given challenge in acrobalance.
Build up your handstand to H2H (hand to hand).
Restorative
Every proper training ends with a cool down, stretching and relaxation. In addition to acro classes, we will teach you the basics of giving (and receiving) thai massage and acro yoga therapy.
If you want or need the additional care for your body, you can book a slot with Hrvoje during the free time and enjoy a session of professional thai massage.
Free Time
Most of the classes will be held in the morning, which will allow you to choose how to spend your free time in the afternoon.
Each day you can choose between relaxing and sunbathing, booking thai massage, practicing and jamming with other participants, exploring the city and the surrounding nature or joining us for organized tours and activities such as dolphin safari or olive oil mill tour and tasting.
